Ordering
What do I need to send for a quote?
A zipped set of Gerber files with the drill file is enough for bare boards. For assembly, add a BOM with manufacturer part numbers and a pick-and-place file. Tell us the quantity and anything non-standard, such as impedance control or a special finish.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Bare boards start at 5 pieces, and assembly starts at 2 boards. There is no upper limit; pricing per board drops as quantity rises.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Most requests are quoted within one business day. Assembly quotes with many unique parts can take a little longer while we check component availability.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only to quote and build your order, are never shared outside the production team, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.
Fabrication
What layer counts and materials do you support?
FR-4 from 1 to 32 layers, single-layer aluminium and copper-core boards, and 2-layer Rogers and PTFE for RF. The full list of limits is on the capabilities page.
Can you build controlled-impedance boards?
Yes, on 4 layers and above with ±10% tolerance as standard and ±5% on request. Send your target impedances and we will propose a stack-up and trace geometry.
Do you support blind or buried vias?
Not at the moment. We do support via-in-pad with epoxy or copper fill, which covers many of the same BGA fan-out cases.
What happens if my design breaks a design rule?
The DFM review catches it before production. We tell you exactly what and where, suggest a fix, and only proceed once you approve.
Assembly
Can you source the components?
Yes. We can source everything (turnkey), assemble parts you ship to us (consigned), or a mix of both. We flag long-lead or obsolete parts and suggest alternates for your approval.
What is the smallest part you can place?
0201 passives, 0.35 mm pitch QFN/QFP and 0.4 mm pitch BGA, with X-ray inspection for BGA and bottom-terminated packages.
Can you program or test the boards?
Yes. Send a firmware image and programming method, or a test procedure and fixture, and we will program and functionally test boards before they ship.
Shipping & quality
How are boards tested?
Bare boards are electrically tested for opens and shorts. Assembled boards go through AOI, X-ray where needed, and visual inspection, and you receive the inspection report.
Where do you ship?
We ship across India and internationally with tracking. Boards are vacuum-sealed with desiccant and humidity cards to protect them in transit.
What if boards arrive defective?
Tell us within 30 days with photos or test results. If the fault is in our fabrication or assembly, we remake the boards or refund them.
