Design & DFM Support
Schematic-to-layout support and a manufacturability review before anything is built.
- — Layout from schematic
- — Stack-up and impedance planning
- — Panelization for assembly
Seven mask colours, four finishes. Try them on.
Choose the look and the solderability your product needs. Mask colour doesn't change the price on standard FR-4.
Green mask · white silkscreen · ENIG
The numbers that shape your layout.
The most-asked limits at a glance. The full sheet covers drilling, clearances, solder mask, silkscreen and panelization.
Materials
- FR-4 — Grade A glass-epoxy laminate, Tg options on request. Dk 4.5 core, 4.1–4.4 prepreg.
- Aluminium core — Single-layer MCPCB with a dielectric layer bonded to an aluminium base.
- Copper core — Single-layer with direct thermal contact to the copper base (pads ≥ 1 × 1 mm).
- Rogers / PTFE — Low-loss high-frequency laminates for RF, 2-layer with 1 oz copper.

Six steps, and you approve before we build.
Upload files
Send Gerbers, drill data and, for assembly, a BOM and pick-and-place file.
DFM review
An engineer checks your data against the capability sheet and flags anything that would fail.
Quote and approve
You receive a line-item quote with lead time. Production starts only after your approval.
Fabrication
Imaging, etching, lamination, drilling, plating, mask, finish and electrical test.
Assembly and inspection
Parts placed and soldered, then checked with AOI, X-ray where needed, and visual QC.
Pack and ship
Vacuum-sealed with desiccant and shipped with tracking, plus the inspection report.

Boards that arrive populated, inspected and ready to power up.
Send a BOM and placement file with your Gerbers. We source parts or use yours, place and solder them, and inspect every board before it ships.
- 0201 passives and 0.4 mm BGA
- Turnkey or consigned parts
- Single and double-sided SMT
- Programming and functional test
Checked by people and machines at every stage.
A person reviews your files
Every order gets an engineer DFM check against the capability sheet. Problems are raised with you, never silently "fixed".
Electrical test on bare boards
Opens and shorts are tested before boards leave fabrication, so faults are caught before parts are placed on them.
AOI and X-ray on assembly
Automated optical inspection on every assembled board, with X-ray for BGA and bottom-terminated packages.
Your design stays yours
Files are used only to build your order. We sign NDAs before you send anything if you need one.

Questions before you order?
What do I need to send for a quote?
A zipped set of Gerber files with the drill file is enough for bare boards. For assembly, add a BOM with manufacturer part numbers and a pick-and-place file. Tell us the quantity and anything non-standard, such as impedance control or a special finish.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Bare boards start at 5 pieces, and assembly starts at 2 boards. There is no upper limit; pricing per board drops as quantity rises.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Most requests are quoted within one business day. Assembly quotes with many unique parts can take a little longer while we check component availability.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only to quote and build your order, are never shared outside the production team, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.
What layer counts and materials do you support?
FR-4 from 1 to 32 layers, single-layer aluminium and copper-core boards, and 2-layer Rogers and PTFE for RF. The full list of limits is on the capabilities page.
Can you build controlled-impedance boards?
Yes, on 4 layers and above with ±10% tolerance as standard and ±5% on request. Send your target impedances and we will propose a stack-up and trace geometry.
